Kickbutt Racing is an anti-smoking education program targeted towards Primary Schools in Queensland. Our goal is to visit 100 plus schools within the state every year to promote the dangers associated with smoking. We inform and educate the kids by utilising our simple, yet effective props. Our program involves four key elements.

1. The Health issues associated with Smoking.

- Instead of preaching that “smoking is bad for you”, we demonstrate why it is bad and how it will affect them , now and in the future.

2. The cost of Smoking.

- This is the simple part of our program. Why? If you have kids you most certainly understand how important money is to them.

3. Smoking and the Environment.

- Its quite amazing what effect this part has on young kids. We have found they are very focused on our planet.

4. Dealing with Peer Pressure.

- This is a very difficult, yet crucial part of our program, and also one of the most important as kids are often influenced to start smoking by their friends. Peer pressure can also work as a positive, for instance the fewer amounts of kids that start smoking, the larger the peer group of non-smokers.
